Hi, I’m James Marson, founder of Jamo Creative Business Solutions.
I formed Jamo Creative in 2023 to provide creative business solutions to the broadcast industry. With years of industry experience in Video On Demand (VOD) and Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) my aim is to share my expertise and help any broadcast or streaming company working with a small, medium or large content catalogue make the most of their resources.

Perhaps you’re struggling to keep track of your catalogue of assets, with data cast across multiple spreadsheets sometimes unable to be cross-referenced. I can help turn a sprawling, hard-to-navigate catalogue into a working record.
Additionally in building this catalogue we can work together to create financial models that will allow you track cash-flow and amortisation patterns to spread costs and perform impact analysis.

There’s no shortage of data in the VOD world. One of my areas of expertise is finding the stories in that data. Since every click that counts as a customer event tells a story about your customer’s relationship with your content, and therefore your service, its worth the effort to try to find trends and theories lurking in the data.
